Tickets that get answered
Open one during support hours and you will get a person, not a queue. Every ticket is archived and sent to you when it closes.
Actually fast
Digital means digital. Most orders are delivered within minutes of payment clearing, not "within 24 to 48 hours".
Your data stays put
Verification runs on our own servers, not a third-party service. You can undo it any time from Discord's own settings, and nothing we run can override that.
Protected around the clock
Anti-raid, anti-nuke and automatic moderation run constantly, so the server stays usable even when someone tries their luck.
Problems get sorted
Something not working? Open a ticket and we will fix it. We would rather replace an order than have you stuck with a bad one.
The one thing worth remembering
We will never message you first about an order. Impersonating staff in DMs is the most common way people get robbed in servers like this one. If someone claiming to be ZModz messages you privately, it is not us — do not reply, do not pay, and report them.
