How it works

Join and verify
One click unlocks the server. The verification page tells you exactly what it does before you agree to anything, and you can undo it whenever you like.
Open a ticket
Pick what you need from the dropdown and say what you are after. That creates a private channel between you and the team — nobody else can see it.
Pay securely
Accepted methods are confirmed in your ticket before anything changes hands. Never send payment anywhere else, whoever asks.
Get your goods
Delivered in the ticket, usually within minutes. It stays open until you have confirmed everything works properly.
When we are around
Support is staffed 8am – 8pm UK, every day. Tickets cannot be opened outside those hours, but the moment we reopen you can.
You get a record
When a ticket closes you are sent the full transcript by DM, along with the reason it was closed. Nothing disappears quietly.
If something goes wrong
Open a ticket with your order details. We would rather replace an order than leave you stuck with a broken one.
