Privacy
Last updated 2026. Plain English, because a privacy notice nobody can read is not really a privacy notice.
The short version. We store your Discord user ID, your username, and — if you verify — an encrypted token that lets us re-add you to the server if it is ever deleted. Nothing else. You can delete all of it yourself at any time, and we cannot stop you.
What we store
- Your Discord user ID and username. Needed to know who you are inside the server.
- An encrypted refresh token, only if you verify. This is what allows your account to be re-added to the server if it is lost.
- The list of servers you agreed to. Recorded exactly as shown to you at the time, so it cannot quietly change later.
- Support tickets you open, including the messages in them, so a transcript can be produced when the ticket closes.
- Moderation records, if any — warnings, and the reasons given.
- How you joined, meaning which invite was used and who created it.
What we do not store
- Your email address.
- Your password. We never see it and could not ask for it.
- Your payment details. Those never pass through our systems.
- Your messages outside of support tickets.
- Anything about your other Discord servers, friends, or connections.
What verification actually grants
Verification uses Discord's official OAuth2 system with two permissions:
identify and guilds.join. Together those let us see your user ID,
username and avatar, and add you to the specific server named on the verification page.
They do not allow reading your messages, sending anything as you, seeing your email, or adding you to any other server. Discord shows you the same two permissions on its own confirmation screen before you approve.
Where it lives
On our own server, not a third-party service. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and the key is stored separately from the database — so a copy of the database on its own cannot be used against anyone.
Removing your data
Two ways, and neither needs our permission:
- Discord settings. Go to User Settings → Authorizations, find the app, and remove it. Discord revokes the permission immediately — nothing we run can override that — and your stored record is deleted automatically.
- Your personal revoke link, sent to you by DM when you verify. Opening it deletes everything we hold about you on the spot.
If you want your ticket history or moderation record removed as well, open a ticket and ask. We will tell you honestly what we can and cannot delete — moderation records are kept where they are needed to keep the server safe.
Sharing
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties. The only place it goes is Discord itself, because that is the platform the service runs on.
This website
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Our host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects what we store or who can see it, it will be announced in the server rather than quietly edited here.
