How do I actually buy something?
Join the Discord, verify, and open a ticket. Tell us what you want and a member of staff takes it from there — payment and delivery both happen inside that ticket.
What payment methods do you accept?
Current accepted methods are confirmed in your ticket before you pay. Never send payment to anyone outside a ticket, whatever they tell you.
Someone DM'd me claiming to be staff. Is that real?
No. Staff never message you first. That is someone impersonating us to take your money. Do not reply, do not pay, and report them to staff.
If you are unsure whether an account is genuine, check it against the member list in the server before doing anything else.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders go out within minutes of payment clearing. If something is taking longer, ask in your ticket — it stays open until you have your product.
What if my order does not work?
Open a ticket with your order details and what went wrong. Your ticket stays open until it is actually resolved — we would rather fix it than leave you stuck.
Can I get a refund?
Raise it in a ticket and we will go through it with you. Filing a chargeback instead is an instant permanent ban, so talk to us first — it goes better for everyone.
Why do I have to verify?
It keeps bots and raiders out, and it means the member list can be rebuilt if the server is ever lost. The verification page spells out exactly what you are agreeing to before you agree to it.
You can undo it at any time under User Settings → Authorizations in Discord. See our privacy notice for the detail.
Why can't I see most of the server?
You need to verify first. Head to the verification channel and press Verify — it takes about ten seconds and unlocks everything.
How do I hear about restocks and deals?
Grab the notification role in Discord. Everything new gets announced there first.
Do you take custom or bulk requests?
Ask in a ticket. If it is something we can source, we will tell you straight.
